We stand behind our products & want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We won't be satisfied until you are satisfied. If - for any reason - you feel the need to return your item(s), you may return for merchandise credit, exchange, or refund.
Merchandise must be returned in the same new condition it was received with all tags in tact and without tears, etc.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving item(s) so we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Packages without an RA# (or not returned in a timely manner) can be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.
Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of return authorization. You must include your full name, address, email address, and order number must be included in the package.
Shipping on return merchandise will need to be paid by buyer.
When we receive your item we will contact you and give the store credit minus shipping and/or insurance costs. Shipping cost is not included in store credit.
- If exchanging, shipping costs for any replacement items will be paid by buyer.
Lingerie and Intimates:
- Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any intimate garments. Feel free to ask all questions prior to purchase.
Sale and Clearance Merchandise:
- No returns will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges or merchandise credit will be accepted for up to 14 days.

For a better fit, please compare your measurements to the ones provided in each item's description.
